TIFGREEN - Tifgreen is used for home lawns that want the “putting green” look. It’s characteristics are a “bright kelly-green” color along with a fine-bladed texture. It is used on golf course putting greens. A reel mower is recommended for a manicured look. It needs to be mowed once a week.

TIFWAY - Perfect for home use, due to it’s beautiful dark green color along with it’s medium blade texture provides softness plus durability. If Tifway is damaged it repairs itself quickly. It’s used on athletic fields and golf fairways. This carpet like grass is perfect for the active family. It can be mowed once a week with either rotary or reel mower.

SANTA ANA - Very similar to Tifway, with a slightly finer blade width, Santa Ana also has a dark green color, medium bladed texture and is durable plus soft to walk on. In summer months it grows quickly and has to be mowed every 5 to 7 days. And if damaged, will recover quickly. Santa Ana can be mowed with a rotary or reel mower.

MIDRON - Very popular low maintenance grass, that is known for it’s durability, deep blue-green color, and thicker blade width. This is the perfect grass if you want easy maintenance. Mowing is once every 7 to 10 days, drought tolerant and will take heavy traffic. Great for kids and animals.
